Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructures capable of handling next-generation data workloads and high-frequency inference.
- Pioneering Research: Spearhead R&D into Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents to define our 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in edge environments.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI bias, safety, and transparency within our model training pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing software ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning model deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, or Neural Architecture Search.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms for production environments.
