Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and autonomous decision systems
- Develop quantum-resistant algorithms and federated learning frameworks for distributed edge computing
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Research and prototype emerging AI paradigms including neuromorphic computing and generative AI ethics
- Optimize model performance for quantum hardware and low-power edge devices
- Create automated MLOps pipelines with continuous monitoring and bias detection
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier AI conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq), and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Proficiency in deploying models on quantum hardware and edge devices (Raspberry Pi, Jetson)
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness metrics, and responsible AI development
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD for ML systems
- Track record of shipping production-grade AI systems serving 1M+ users
