Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML systems
- Strong publication record in AI/ML research (20+ citations average)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with MLOps tools and scalable ML pipelines
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
