Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Science (MS + 8 years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proven experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and Q# for hybrid systems
- Experience with quantum annealing for optimization problems
- Certification in Quantum Computing from IBM or Microsoft Azure Quantum
