Responsibilities
- Architect quantum AI frameworks for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead 15-person research team across quantum supremacy and generative AI domains
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and private partnerships
- Develop patentable quantum encryption protocols for post-quantum security
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week summits
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum machine learning
- Oversee deployment of quantum-neural hybrid systems in production environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (with 8+ years post-PhD)
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum algorithms
- Experience with IBM Quantum Experience and Rigetti's quantum cloud
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Track record of securing DARPA/NSF grants
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks (e.g., QAOA, VQE)
