Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for multi-modal data processing
- Lead quantum machine learning experiments using 50+ qubit systems
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals/conferences annually
- Mentor a team of 5 junior researchers through our patent acceleration program
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on next-gen space exploration AI
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from federal and private sources
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience with transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in distributed computing at petabyte-scale
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed AI systems
- Security clearance eligibility for federal research projects
