Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired AI algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop scalable ML pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI projects
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences
- Mastery of distributed computing and high-performance optimization
