Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures and generative adversarial networks
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >100 citations
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
