Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in IEEE/ACM journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI/ML research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems
- Familiarity with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and federated learning
- Ability to secure $500K+ in research grants annually
