Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2023)
- 5+ years of experience in neural network architecture design
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
