Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-entangled neural networks and cross-modal AI architectures

- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Future Minds' incubator program
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for next-gen quantum processors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants through our innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years developing production-grade AI systems at scale
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (ICML, ICLR, or equivalent)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Strong background in differential privacy and federated learning
- Experience securing DoD or NSF research funding preferred
