Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive open-source initiatives that democratize advanced AI capabilities
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and distributed training
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience with quantum machine learning concepts preferred
- Track record of open-source contributions (GitHub, Hugging Face)
