Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning roadmap for the 2026 strategic period.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Predictive Analytics into core business workflows.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of global tech trends, particularly in quantum computing and autonomous systems, relevant to 2026.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data governance regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
