Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological roadmap and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI solutions across healthcare, finance, and smart infrastructure sectors
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with emerging global regulations
- Identify and capitalize on emerging AI trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic data, edge AI)
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present AI strategy to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor next-gen AI talent through our FutureVision Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in scaling enterprise AI initiatives
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Track record of securing $50M+ in AI-focused venture capital or government grants
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics) or equivalent industry impact
- Proficiency in deploying AI solutions across regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, FINRA)
- Fluency in emerging AI hardware (photonic processors, neuromorphic chips)
