Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological forecasts and business objectives

- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, quantum computing integration) and assess their strategic implications
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for AI ethics, security, and scalability
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies (transformers, quantum AI, neural-symbolic systems)
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience building AI roadmaps for 2025-2030 technological horizons
