Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy ethical AI solutions across healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems
- Identify emerging AI trends and opportunities for competitive differentiation
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $15M+ annual AI innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor senior AI talent and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven 2025+ technology roadmap delivery
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience scaling AI initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in AI governance, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and risk management
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in top-tier AI conferences/journals
