Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns AI capabilities with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable AI systems and guide the engineering team in selecting and integrating next-gen technologies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define technical strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage cross-functional projects.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent advanced certifications are a plus.
