Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI innovation strategies aligned with 2026 technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Drive R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Monitor emerging AI disruptors and recommend strategic pivots to maintain market leadership
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions generating >$50M revenue
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for AI products
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Knowledge of 2026 AI regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
