Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive quantum-computing integration for next-gen machine learning models
- Establish KPIs for autonomous system performance and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with policy makers to shape responsible AI adoption standards
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with enterprise-scale deployments
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in AI ethics or human-AI interaction (preferred)
- Proven track record in managing $5M+ AI transformation projects
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with peer-reviewed publications
