Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures integrating quantum computing with classical neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AGI prototypes for autonomous systems
- Research and pioneer novel algorithms for ethical AI decision-making frameworks
- Architect secure-by-design systems compliant with 2026 global AI governance standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid computing infrastructure
- Develop patent-pending solutions for real-time AI adaptability in dynamic environments
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier AI journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
