Qualifications

- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM architectures (Transformers, GPT models).
- Quantum Readiness: Understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to future-proof AI systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
