Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of large-scale neural networks and quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- R&D Innovation: Drive research into cutting-edge algorithms, specifically in ethical AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think ahead (2026 vision) and pioneer new technologies.
