Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy for integrating Artificial Intelligence across all business units, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Ethicists.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging trends expected to define 2026, including generative AI and neural interfaces.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the deployment of scalable AI infrastructure and ensure robust data governance protocols are in place.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential risks and ethical challenges associated with advanced AI technologies and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a C-level or VP-level capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
