Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap and architectural vision.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migration and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on 2026 products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive technical role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, AI architectures, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-year technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
