Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as Quantum AI and Synthetic Reality as key drivers for business growth.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into macro-economic and technological shifts to predict market opportunities and threats two years in advance.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, actionable strategies for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Team Leadership: Assemble and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and strategic planners, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and resource allocation towards high-impact 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role.
