Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead research and development efforts in emerging technologies, including Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to accelerate product development cycles.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee infrastructure security, scalability, and reliability for global operations.
- Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for advanced AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience implementing or managing projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
