Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging trends.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation to drive operational efficiency.
- R&D Oversight: Evaluate and prioritize emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, spatial computing) for potential implementation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across all departments.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of technology initiatives and ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-level capacity.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and align technology with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing engineering and strategy teams.
