- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align product development with long-term strategic vision.
- Analyze market shifts and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the budget for R&D initiatives focused on long-term innovation.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the future-tech ecosystem.
- Communicate complex strategic visions to the board of directors and executive stakeholders.
- Drive the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models by 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in the Technology or Software industry is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
