Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Team Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.
- Agile Implementation: Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles for 2026 releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Future-Ready Skills: Proven experience with AI/ML integration and experience planning for post-2025 technology shifts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
