We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our internal engineering division and guide our portfolio companies toward a sustainable, future-proof future.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for YearZero Solutions and its portfolio, specifically targeting trends emerging by 2026.
- Lead a world-class engineering team in developing scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Web3, IoT) into business models.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across all departments.
- Collaborate with investment partners to provide technical due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling tech companies or leading large-scale engineering initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeline (e.g., Quantum Computing, Synthetic Data).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
