Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Infrastructure Governance: Oversee the architectural evolution of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with global standards.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the C-suite and board members to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, CIO, or VP of Engineering).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology strategies, specifically looking ahead to 2026 trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and machine learning frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive high-performance cultures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
