Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology vision, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into our core architecture.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team focused on excellence and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise security architecture to ensure data sovereignty and regulatory compliance.
- Investor Relations: Present technical roadmaps and progress to stakeholders and investors to secure funding and support.
- Vendor Management: Lead negotiations with cloud providers and technology partners to optimize infrastructure costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or CIO).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), Microservices Architecture, and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and scaling startups from Series A to IPO.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
