Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation into core product lines.
- Oversee the transition to sustainable, low-carbon computing infrastructure and energy-efficient data centers.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, translating technical vision into business value for investors and leadership.
- Ensure enterprise-level cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards are met globally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in executive leadership or C-suite roles.
- Proven track record of scaling technology operations in a fast-paced, global, and high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Edge Computing technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, blockchain integration, and ethical AI governance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing distributed teams and navigating cross-cultural business environments.
