Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision and business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Native, Edge Computing) to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate business strategy into technical strategy.
- Oversee technology budgeting, vendor management, and architectural governance across all divisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
