Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change linens and make beds to luxury hotel standards
- Polish surfaces, dust fixtures, and vacuum all floor types
- Restock toiletries and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adapt to specific client preferences and property requirements
- Report maintenance issues promptly to property managers
- Follow strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Own basic cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)
- Spanish language skills preferred
