Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors according to strict quality standards.
- Empty trash cans, sanitize surfaces, and replenish amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with residents or clients.
- Follow all cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
- Basic English speaking and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- No criminal record or history of substance abuse (background check required).
