Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and recommend strategic initiatives to gain competitive advantages in the marketplace.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define success metrics and ensure technology investments yield maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to execute strategic technology projects.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting startups, patenting new concepts, and managing R&D budgets effectively.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical and operational risks associated with long-term strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a strategic technology leadership role, with a proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML integration, and digital transformation frameworks.
