Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning teams to identify emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline for next-generation products, ensuring feasibility and market viability.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate complex strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on long-term innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiatives.
- Partner with external vendors and partners to integrate emerging technologies into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformations or defining multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future trends accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
