We are seeking a visionary Director of Future Strategy & Emerging Tech to lead our team in architecting the technological landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. As a pivotal member of our executive board, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating breakthrough technologies that will define the next decade of our industry. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and pilot implementation of breakthrough technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Establish a dedicated Foresight and Innovation Lab to research and prototype concepts 5-10 years into the future.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of future technologies.
- Mentor a team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic analysts to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Present high-level strategic visions to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
- Identify partnership opportunities with leading tech startups and research institutions to accelerate our innovation pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive consulting, or senior leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of foresight and successfully guiding organizations through major technological transitions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Strong network of relationships within the global tech ecosystem and innovation sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
