Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end development of the Nexus 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key opportunities in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to forecast technological shifts and consumer behavior patterns for 2026.
- Innovation Leadership: Oversee cross-functional innovation labs focused on emerging tech prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and experimental pilots.
- Executive Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to align future tech initiatives with the company's long-term financial and operational goals.
- Ecosystem Building: Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Development: Mentor a team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and 'blue sky' thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management within the tech sector.
- Track Record: Proven history of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and forecasting long-term industry trends.
- Technical Acumen: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, trend forecasting tools, and emerging technology stacks (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing).
- Leadership: Strong executive presence and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams to execute on ambitious, long-term visions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
