Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving strategic goals by 2026.
- Lead the research and adoption of emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, Quantum Computing readiness, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into core business processes.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for innovation projects.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape, providing actionable insights to the board of directors.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of enterprise-grade software and hardware systems.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering and product departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic planning or director-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large-scale technology budgets and vendor relationships.
