Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies to predict market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and designers to drive innovation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members, translating data into compelling narratives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource distribution to ensure high-impact projects are prioritized and delivered on time.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key vendors, research institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Agile Transformation: Spearhead the evolution of our operational methodologies to ensure maximum agility in a volatile market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MS) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving systemic business challenges through technology.
