- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into our product ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to prioritize future initiatives.
- Monitor global tech trends to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats before they materialize.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of innovation projects and future-readiness.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
