- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with corporate strategic goals.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum Readiness) into core business processes.
- Identify and assess disruptive market trends to inform product development and service delivery strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders to drive innovation.
- Oversee research and development initiatives focused on next-generation solutions.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and future-readiness.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and Board of Directors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years forward-looking).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and advanced data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
