- Team Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the technical debt reduction and system modernization required to support our projected growth through 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology leadership, with a proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
