Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future technologies or R&D
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 100+ engineers
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Patents in emerging technology fields preferred
