Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs, specifically focusing on 2026 goals and emerging tech trends.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of advanced AI architectures to enhance our core products and services.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading universities and tech incubators to foster innovation.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for agile development and future-proofing our software infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI or strategic technology planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning, large language models, and future tech stacks (Web3, Quantum, etc.).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and successfully launching disruptive products.
