Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and market position.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, AR/VR) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with tech innovators, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Guide executive leadership on technology investments and infrastructure modernization strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance strategy team capable of executing complex technical visions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development, with at least 3 years in a senior director or VP-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing them successfully.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Creativity: A visionary mindset with the ability to think creatively about future problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
