Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals for the year 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Web technologies.
- Predictive R&D Leadership: Spearhead Research and Development initiatives to prototype and validate technologies expected to dominate in 2026.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee the transition of theoretical future tech into scalable production systems, ensuring seamless integration with current infrastructure.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to identify opportunities and risks for the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of R&D).
- Tech Visionary Background: Proven track record of forecasting and implementing technologies that have shaped the future (e.g., Cloud, Mobile, AI).
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete, actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects across multiple time zones.
- Future-Ready: Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
