- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and implementation of Generative AI and Metaverse solutions.
- Prioritize high-impact R&D initiatives with a focus on scalability and ethical AI compliance.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Present quarterly technology updates to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Drive the transition to quantum-resistant security protocols by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or engineering.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies for complex enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: LLMs, Spatial Computing, and Blockchain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
